The wine tasting & Instruction
A price estimate can be provided during our initial phone consultation. This estimate includes all pre-event phone consultations for planning, written food pairing suggestions provided 2 weeks ahead of your event, personalized wine shopping, detailed wine notes for each guest, 30 minute pre-event arrival for set up, ~2 hours of interactive tasting & instruction within Sarasota County or Bradenton area. I will bring the wines properly chilled to your event and can also provide wine glasses if needed!
Full payment is required 7 days prior to event date. This will be non-refundable if wines have been purchased for your event.
AN EXAMPLE SCENARIO
I recommend a tasting of 6 wines depending on what you choose for your event theme and budget. At our pre-event meeting we can determine how much wine will be needed based on the number of guests. For example, if you are planning on 15 people, a tasting of 6 wines, the cost can work out to be as little as $36 per person. While this cost can vary widely depending on the wines you might want to taste, let's start a discussion today and get planning a fun, educational event!
